Frances Mills, PhD, LMSW

Dr. Mills joined Capella in 2010 as a faculty member in the School of Public Service Leadership. She is a licensed social worker and was named a John A. Hartford Doctoral Fellow in Geriatric Social Work. She has also worked with Capella faculty member Terry Tirrito, PhD, on research for South Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Mills has taught at Limestone College and the University of South Carolina.
